It depends on the unit. The Two-Bedroom sleeps 4, the Three-Bedroom sleeps 6, and the Four-Bedroom sleeps 8. Every bedroom is private with its own door.

Yes. Every unit has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Not a kitchenette. Not a hot plate. A real kitchen.

It was built for groups. Multiple private bedrooms, shared living and dining areas, and a full kitchen so you can split the cost and still have more space than a hotel. Perfect for friend trips, family travel, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate teams.

You'll receive a digital key via email/text before your arrival. Use it to unlock the building entrance and your suite directly — no front desk, no waiting, no small talk required.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for most bookings. Check your specific reservation confirmation for details.

We partner with nearby garages for discounted guest parking. Details and reservation links are sent with your booking confirmation. Street parking is also available in the area.

How do I book a suite?

You can book directly through our website. Select your dates, choose your suite, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your digital key.

Are there discounts for extended stays?

Yes. Stays of 7+ nights receive automatic discounts, and 30+ night stays get our best rates. Contact us directly for corporate or long-term pricing.

Do you offer corporate rates?

We do. If your company sends people to Chicago regularly, we'll set up a corporate account with preferred rates and priority booking. Reach out to our team directly.

During Your Stay

Is housekeeping included?

Weekly housekeeping is included with every stay. Need it more frequently? We offer add-on cleaning services. Your space, your schedule.

Can I have guests over?

Absolutely. It's your suite. Invite friends for dinner, host a small gathering, or have family visit. We just ask that you respect quiet hours after 10pm and building common areas.

What if something breaks or I need help?

Text, call, or email our support team — available 24/7. Average response time is under 15 minutes. For emergencies, we'll have someone onsite fast.

Logistics

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability.

Can I receive packages at the hotel?

Yes. We accept packages and deliveries for guests. You'll be notified when something arrives, and we'll hold it securely until you pick it up.

Is the building pet-friendly?

Select suites are pet-friendly (dogs under 50 lbs). There's a one-time pet cleaning fee. Let us know at booking so we can match you with the right suite.
